KEY LEARNING & CHALLENGES

Drive Design to the Next Phase After Interviewing the users, we realized that the relationship between Developmental Categories, Milestones and Activities could be confusing and the design challenge was how to create an experience that is easy to follow with limited directions.

As a result, we decided to redesign the Milestones screen, also change the name to Goals and add a filter so users can change categories.

We also wanted to show the value of suggested Milestones / Goals since the app is based on ML & AI technology.

OUTCOME

Learn & Iterate by Shipping Often and Early! We successfully shipped the Goals & Activities feature on mobile web, did another round of interviews with our users to learn fast about what's working and what's not working, iterated on design and built the
